Ace High Unscented Pomade for Strong Hold and Natural Shine

Ace High was born out of personal frustrations with existing products on the market. In early 2016, Nate began experimenting with small batches of natural ingredients, striving to create a water-based pomade with noticeable shine and a strong, pliable hold – something that was not readily available at the time. The journey was not without its challenges, as Nate initially struggled to perfect the formula, finding himself better suited to making candles than pioneering a new pomade. However, he persevered, and a few months later, their Original Pomade was born.

After Nate's hard work in formulating the product, Christian joined the venture, and together they made the leap from a small passion project to a full-fledged business. In August 2016, they released their first production batch of the Original Pomade to the public.

In the early days, Nate and Christian had to wait until 11 pm for the coffee shop they worked at to close, so they could utilize the commercial kitchen for production. They were able to produce 25 jars in a modified crock pot in just under three hours (four when they had a few beers and some friends who were good at distracting them from the task at hand). Since then, the company has grown significantly, with a full product line, multiple employees, and an actual production space with equipment that allows them to make significantly more jars at a time.

Ace High Pomade is easy to apply, with a simple four-step process: Warm the product in your hand, work it into wet or dry hair, comb to style, and stay fly. The small batches maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and performance. Each pomade jar is inspected and packaged by hand, ensuring that in addition to the natural ingredients, each jar also contains care and love. The difference is noticeable.

Ace High is made in Metro Detroit and used by local barbers. The hand-crafted pomade has a unique texture and a pleasing scent. The water-based formula provides a strong hold, yet washes out clean.

It's been an incredible journey for Nate and Christian, and they can't wait to see what the future has in store for the Ace High brand. Thanks to their loyal fans around the world, they are able to create and use a product they love, while sharing it with everyone else. For that, they are truly grateful.
